Increasing the project’s task-pool priority and unscheduling bootcamp transformations significantly improved performance, reducing average transformation start delays.

We are currently investigating an issue causing degraded performance for Transformations and Workflows in the westeurope-1 cluster.
Customer Impact:
Delayed start times for scheduled transformation jobs.
Extended overall runtime for workflows and chained data pipelines.
Jobs are continuing to process and complete, but latency is significantly higher than baseline.
Current Status & Actions:
Engineering team is actively investigating resource contention and applying mitigations across the worker pools to restore normal throughput.
