In Field Status Update – March 25, 2025

Between March 18 and 20, a bug in the In Field checklist scheduler impacted a subset of customers, causing some measurement data to be incorrectly linked to previous-day readings. This affected numerical readings in specific checklists.

The issue was resolved on March 20 at 10:07 AM Houston time (15:07 UTC) by rolling back to a previous version of the scheduler. Checklists generated after the rollback are functioning as expected.

To maintain data integrity, affected checklists are temporarily locked for editing. We advise against using data from these checklists in external applications until recovery is complete.

We are actively working on resolving the issue for affected checklists and appreciate your patience.

Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue where Checklists that were generated contained pre-populated responses for each task.

We have rolled back the relevant services impacting the erroneous Checklists. This will prevent this problem from recurring and has controlled the immediate impact. We are currently on the troubleshooting bridge and will provide updates as they develop.
