Cognite Engineering has closed this incident. The monitoring shows that the fix deployed 16:24 UTC was a full fix for the problem and the service has been healthy after this.
Monitoring
Cognite Engineering has identified the reason for the failing data modelling for some of our customers. A fix was deployed and service restarted. We are currently seeing that everything is back to normal. We will continue to monitor the system and close this incident later.
Investigating
Cognite Engineering is investigating the reason for data modelling not working as expected for a subset of customers in westeurope-1. Users impacted will not be able to see data models in the Fusion UI. The problem is located in our backend, and there is currently no workarounds available for impacted customers.
