Cognite Engineering has deployed a fix that addressed the service downtime this incident caused. The incident was caused by an unexpected maintenance activity triggered while conducting data migration in the database backend. Cognite Engineering had to rewrite the migration script and the migration procedure to ensure that we were able to conduct the migration without interfering with the service availability.
Customers should now have full access to data modelling again.

Cognite engineering is currently working on a fix for an incident impacting data modelling in westeurope-1. The root cause has been identified and code changes are in progress. We are going to apply a hotfix for the incident when the code changes are completed.
