Monitoring
The Infield application has been rolled back to the previous version that no longer depend on the filter functionality in GraphQL that turned out to not work as documented. Infield users are now able to see all data again, but the new feature that was meant to release today is delayed while we do a full fix of the GraphQL issue causing this incident.
For Infield users, the incident is considered resolved as the rollback has worked around the problem. Cognite will monitor the performance of Infield and impacted use of the hasData filter (https://docs.cognite.com/cdf/dm/dm_concepts/dm_querying#hasdata-filter) in data modelling GraphQL.
Investigating
Cognite Engineering is currently investigating an issue with our data modeling backend that prevents Infield users from retrieving all data needed for the application to work. The developers have identified the software problem causing this issue and is currently working on a fix.
There is currently no workarounds for Infield users or data modelling usage depending on hasData filter.
