Scheduled
On November 20, 2023, Cognite Engineering will perform maintenance on the database backend used by the RAW service. There will be up to 15 minutes of downtime of the RAW service. During the downtime, both read and write will fail, and the service will return 5xx error codes. Customers may experience degradation in performance before and after the downtime.
The maintenance work will be performed on all clusters. The work will be initiated on Google Cloud-based clusters from 09:00 am UTC+1, and on Azure-based clusters from 12:00 pm UTC+1. The exact start of the unavailability depends on the size of the database and is expected to happen sometime between 10 and 20 minutes after the maintenance window starts. Cognite will update https://status.cognite.com during the maintenance window with the progress made on each cluster.
