The unplanned maintenance needed for the relationships backend database has been completed. The service was never completely down, but end users could have seen some increased 5xx error responses for the last 25 minutes. Cognite will monitor the database over the weekend, and finalize optimization during Monday business hours. No further disturbance in the relationship service is expected.

The impact of the maintenance activity is delayed. The relationship service is operational but with somewhat elevated response times. The maintenance that we have started will address this but at the cost of a short period of unavailability. We are not able to estimate exactly when this unavailability will happen.

Cognite Engineering has started unplanned maintenance on the relationships service. We are resizng the storage backend in order to keep up with the incoming traffic. The duration of the downtime is estimated to less than 15 minutes.
