Resolved
Cognite Engineering has resolved this incident. End users on the impacted cluster ( westeurope-1) will have to review their transformations and re-deploy or un-block them as the transformations service will not retry the individual transformations that failed due to this incident.
Monitoring
Cognite Engineering has deployed a fix that should resolve the underlying problem causing this incident. Tests show that the fix has improved the situation for some customers, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. End users need to "unblock" or redeploy transformations that are marked blocked in the Transformations UI. The fix we have deployed will not do that for you.
Investigating
Cognite Engineering is currently working on a fix for a problem causing scheduled transformations to fail to execute due to an issue with our IAM-API. The problem causing this incident started after 13:30 UTC on Friday, June 30. The end users will see that transformations fail and are marked "blocked" in the Fusion UI.
