This incident was resolved after the changes deployed at 17:30 CET, January 17th. Cognite Engineering has monitored the Transformations service since then, and no additional issues have been observed.

Cognite Engineering is continuing the investigation into the Transformation jobs that have been failing over the last 16 hours. The team have confirmed that the problem is only happening with certain Transformation jobs invoked via the API, and the failure seem to be caused by memory allocations. It is not yet determined if this is caused by excessive use.

Cognite Engineering is continuing the investigation of the issue at hand. The findings are indicating that the problem with Transformation jobs does not impact the scheduled Transformations jobs, only those invoked through the API (query/run).

We are currently experiencing an incident that is affecting Transformations. Users may experience error messages when using Transformations via the API.
