The issue has been identified. The root cause is related to extreme spikes in the incoming traffic and the engineering team is currently working on an approach to scale the capacity to adapt to the observed traffic pattern more quickly.

Cognite Engineering is currently investigating an issue where both response time and error rates are elevated for the sequences and the Time Series APIs.
