This incident has been resolved. Monitoring shows that the service has been operating reliably for several hours after the fix deployed on 16:06 CET today, March 8th.
Monitoring
Cognite Engineering has deployed a fix that recovered the RAW service. The service has been available from 16:06 CET and we are currently monitoring the system to verify that the system remains healthy.There was no data loss due to this incident, but customers will have to re-feed data that received 500 errors during the incident.
Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue causing the RAW API to fail. End users are experiencing 500 errors, and transformations that are processing data from RAW will fail.
