During the mitigation of this outage, there are ongoing work that is causing the availability to drop further. The RAW API was completely down for approximately 10 minutes starting 12:29 UTC. The database operation that caused this downtime has been completed, and we are now monitoring the system to confirm that the original problem now is gone.

Cognite Engineering is currently working on a fix for a problem causing intermittent outages in the RAW API. Users will see occasional elevated error rates resulting in a 5xx error when using the RAW API. The incident started approximately 8 am UTC.
